Life is full of challenges and obtaining coping and resilience skills will alleviate mental health challenges affecting one’s quality of life. Prior to our first session, note that you must complete the assessment first to ensure we are a good fit for therapy.

At the moment, we are only doing Telehealth sessions.

Prior to an initial intake assessment, a consult for 15-minutes needs to be scheduled and see if I am the right fit for the type of counseling you need. I encourage you to share your challenges that are affecting your quality of life, and any challenges you may be facing at this present time. This will lay the groundwork moving forward.

Initial session takes 60-90 minutes to complete. 

Prior to session, payment must be paid in full through one of our payment options: credit card, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. 

Note: You must provide a credit card to keep on file on your first session.

I require 24-hours advance notice of appointment cancellation. In addition, to a cancellation fee.

Please note you will still have a balance based on service:

  • Counseling Services, 1/2 of the service fee
  • Coaching, full payment

 

Payment must be paid in full prior to your next scheduled appointment/fee.
